This privacy policy also applies to data collected from the users who are not registered as the members of this site based on their browsing behaviour, pages viewed etc. It also applies to the mobile applications we use during the events / conferences, including for registrations, collecting feedback. CodeOps offers a wide-range of services, including technology consulting, technical training, promoting the events online, helping you discover technical communities and conferences worldwide, and providing a ticketing platform to the upcoming events through KonfHub. We are also the official resellers of JetBrains tools in India.
In order for you to avail the services CodeOps offers, we collect your information, which includes, but not limited to your name, age, username, password, mobile number, email id, payment details, address, and interests. The below sections explains why is your Personal Information collected and how is it being appropriately put to use.

All data pertaining to the user accounts are stored in the AWS Mumbai region; we keep backups stored in AWS North Virginia in order to prevent loss of data due to errors or system failures. We also use Firebase for authentication and user data for same is stored in the US. We also use Amazon SES to send emails time to time for which servers are in AWS North Virginia region. Hence your files and data may remain on our servers even after deletion or termination of your user account. We may retain and use your Personal Information and data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our rights. We assure you that the contents of your user account will not be disclosed to anyone and will not be accessible even to employees of CodeOps Technologies LLP except in circumstances specifically mentioned in this Privacy Policy Statement and Terms of Services.
Apart from your name, email address, mobile number, user id, and password, we may also collect other information like your usage details. This involves collecting information like time, frequency, duration, and pattern of use, features used, and the amount of storage used. This data is collected to give you the best possible service, based on your preferences.
CodeOps requests for your debit/credit card or other payment account information in case the services require payment. In such cases, you financial information or card details will not be stored by us except for the name, amount paid and email-id. Only after a prior consent from you and when this information is necessary for future payments, your financial information will be stored in encrypted form on secure servers of our Payment Gateway Service provider who is beholden to treating your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy Statement.

If you choose to use a QR code created from CodeOps, we will collect and store on our server the information you enter during the registration to the CodeOps accessible from the QR code. Some QR Code data types, such as the Contact, Phone Number, Email are encoded into the QR code, and this information will also be stored on our server. This is in order to facilitate the effective use of QR code created to simplify operations such as registration during the event.
CodeOps uses third party software for analytics. All metrics information collected from your usage will be transmitted to analytics provider. This information will then be used to evaluate how users use and respond to our services. This is further used to compile statistical reports on activity for us.
The same statistical report/analysis is further used by us to maintain, enhance, or add to the existing functionality of our services and give you a more personalized experience. Anonymized and aggregated information and analysis may be made public where desired by CodeOps.
CodeOps uses the Internet Protocol address, device type, browser type, browser language, files accessed, referring URL, errors generated, operating system, time zone, and other visitor details collected in our log files to analyze trends, administer the website, track visitor's movements and to improve our website. This information is automatically linked to the other data collected about you.
